This policy explains how Flowtera Establishment For Information Technology (Commercial Registration 7055437631, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) collects, uses and protects personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. It covers this website and our WhatsApp credit-sale documentation service. Our product Mehak has its own privacy policy on its website.

1. Data we collect

• Subscribing businesses: business name, owner or manager name, mobile number, and numbers of authorized staff.
• The business's customers (such as workshops and their representatives): name, mobile number, and persons authorized to collect orders.
• Transaction data: orders, items, amounts, invoice numbers, due dates and recorded payments.
• Message logs exchanged with the service on WhatsApp.

We do not collect payment card data, and no money passes through us.

2. How we use data

• To provide the service: documenting orders and deliveries, and sending notifications, statements and reminders.
• To verify persons authorized to collect orders.
• For support and service improvement.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or send marketing messages without consent.

3. Roles

The subscribing business holds the relationship with its customers and is responsible for obtaining their consent to be added to the service. We process its customers' data on its behalf and only to provide the service.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed with these service providers:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive messages.
• The cloud automation and hosting platform that runs the service.
• Google Workspace, for email.

Some data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia by these providers, in line with the rules on cross-border data transfer. We disclose data to no one else except on a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while the business's account is active, then for any period the law requires, after which we delete or anonymize it. Access is restricted to authorized persons through technical controls.

6. Your rights

You may ask how your data is processed, access and obtain a copy of it, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw consent, and stop messages. To exercise any right, email info@flowtera.sa; we respond within the statutory periods. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. This website

This website uses no cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
